The Balcony

I got out, to the balcony, when I heard for second time that scream, but it was alredy late, the window of the balcony had closed by itself. In a desesperate try of getting saved my life I jumped to an enormous bush. I entered quickly to my house and I found my whole family tied with chains, so I look for the person that had done this, but I didn’t find him. I went downstairs and dropped out of the building. when the sun was hitting my face I realised that the person was in the only place I hadn’t looked in: the balcony. Now he had my house and my family.

The life of an ant

I am a very little thing on a huge world, when I go out, I have to be so prudent because every day I see how my brothers and sisters are killed by a thing that we call “the feet”.

The Girl

All this happened last summer when I went out to run some errands at the supermarket. When I was returning home, I decided to stop by a Starbucks to get some coffee and something to eat. When I was entering the place I spotted a beautiful girl reading in the corner, I instantly fell in love with her, but I didn’t dare to speak to her, I just ordered my coffee and went home.
From the on I would go every day to the Starbucks just to see her but I didn’t talk to her.
One day she just stopped coming to the Starbucks and I never saw her again, that day I realized I’d lost my opportunity.

Why? Simply, red and white

Why? Why always us? Why does the coin always fail agains’t us? Why have we been trying for so long? Why do we never achieve it? Why don´t we surrender? Why do we have to go through this hell match after match? Why can’t we be normal? Why are we different? It’s simple, and most people won’t understand. We are from Atlético de Madrid. It seems a little thing, but we are proud of it.

A strange morning

One day when I woke up, I went downstairs to the living room, but no one was at home. I caught my phone to call my mum because I was puzzled and worried, but I couldn’t talk with her. So, I decided to have a breakfast and later I went to find my mum and dad. I caught the 44 bus line to Manhattan because it’s where my mum works, but it wasn’t working because it was saturday. Then, I went to Mc donald’s because I was hungry and I saw my mum and dad talking to a weird person who was carrying some papers that looked important and my mum’s face was worried about reading the papers. What was happening?

The only man on Earth

Have you ever wondered, what would happen if a man could have the whole Earth and its riches?Someone would usually think that it’s the best imaginable life, but on a dark turn, the worst life possible. The meaning of human life nowadays is to share emotions, moments or even the riches someone has with others. But there’s no one to share anything with, sure there’s AI but it’s lifeless, emotionless and because of that meaningless. The truth is the last man would succumb to himself, first having fun, then being lonely. A cycle between those feelings until craziness strikes down his life.

Mi little butterfly

Since I was seven years old, my dream has always been to be a great actess. I wanted my father to be proud of me because he never cared of me. I remember my grandfather telling me that although I was a little caterpillar, I was going to be a beautiful butterfly. I never understood his words, I was very insecure. I always wore that mask that you can´t get out of. Now I´m here, behind a stage, although you are not with me, I now you are proud of me, grandfather, I am the butterfy I always dreamt.

A pranker brother

When I was little, I went to bed and something horrible happened.
I was asleep, but I woke up because I heard a noise. I stood up and I looked from all my house if there were someone. I could not see any person, so I went to my bed, and when I was going to close the door, I saw a boy with a hood and a knife. I was so scared, so I hid. The boy came for me, and he scared me. Finally, he was my brother doing a prank. I was so angry that I punched him so strong that almost I pierced his body.

Above the stars

Everyone thinks I’m with her.
She thinks I’m with someone else.
But I’m always with him.
He’s always watching me, taking care of me,
observing me.
I can feel it, his presence.
Before I could see him, hug him, feel him.
But since that Saturday afeternoon, everything became a memory.
And the memory became an empty feeling.
They say time heals everything, and it does.
That empty feeling slowly becomes a calming sensation.
The one you feel when you look at the sky,
or when you look at the sea.
That’s when you feel it the most. Him.
Observing, protecting, just above you.
From the stars.
Him. My grandfather
