This may be my last word, even if it isn’t, maybe my last days. Anxavina Ville was a cheerful town, but war came and did its thing. The new factory, now devastated and burnt, was our place to work. Now we are staying away because of the incessant whistle of bombs, with their silent planes. While I write this and starve, I can see those metal machines coming out of the hills, shooting their deadly cannons to whatever moves.
People are dying because of a few politicians and dictators, but they only bark as in a dog fight.

It was a rainy and cold night, like the usual ones. Suddenly, the inspector came to my office to talk me about a dead body in Central Street, next to the trash. I took the car. When I was there, I saw the dead body, under the rain. I asked my co-workers the death reason. It was a suicide. I was the last person leaving the place. Tath’s my work, being the last one out of there. I looked at the girl, and I saw her opening her eyes. Was she dead? A few days later, the report was done. Yes, the girl was dead. So, if the girl was dead, what did I see the suicidal night?
